Wave of lettings at 81 Colmore Row

It’s been an exciting few months at 81 Colmore Row. Since we relaunched the building in April, we’ve seen a real wave of new tenants choosing to make their home in the heart of Birmingham’s Colmore Business District.

We’re delighted to welcome Carter Jonas, Chancerygate, Walker Crips, Wallace Whittle and NSG Developments, who join the Royal Bank of Canada team already based on the upper floors. Together, they’re bringing great energy and variety into the building – exactly what we hoped for when we reimagined the space.

For those still looking, there’s a handful of options left: two flexible, blank-canvas Cat A floors (around 3,300 sq ft each) and two fully furnished heritage offices (around 550 sq ft each).

When we bought 81 Colmore Row in October 2024, our vision was clear: blend heritage with modern design to create somewhere inspiring for businesses to thrive. Alongside flexible workspace, the building now offers a community lounge, bookable meeting rooms and private event space. It’s already been buzzing with activity – from wine tastings with Loki Wines to workshops with ColmoreBID.

The response so far has been fantastic. The mix of historic character, contemporary interiors and flexible layouts seems to have struck a chord with Birmingham’s professional community.

We’re proud to see 81 Colmore Row quickly becoming one of the city’s most desirable workspaces – and we’re only just getting started.
