The offices of 34 Boar Lane are located on one of the city’s most iconic addresses. In-between the city’s national train station and impressive retail destination, Boar Lane has been reawakened to become a new home for business, leisure and culture in the city.
Beautifully restored and reopened in 2019, the workplace has a strong record in providing ambitious companies and exceptional base to flourish.
In 2025, the building was reimagined again with The Commons, a community lounge offering meeting & event spaces opening its doors alongside Federal Cafe & Bar launching on the ground floor.
