We’re excited to share that Federal Café & Bar—the popular Australian-inspired brunch spot from Manchester—is opening its first Leeds location on the ground floor of 34 Boar Lane. The new café will occupy around 1,800 sq ft and marks Federal’s debut outside Manchester.
This addition comes as we’re also preparing to launch The Commons on the first floor—a new business lounge offering studio offices, meeting rooms, event spaces, and breakout areas.
Federal’s arrival adds a fresh and vibrant hospitality offering right inside this historic building, creating a unique blend of work and social spaces in the heart of Leeds city centre. It’s great to see an independent brand like Federal choosing 34 Boar Lane as their first step into Leeds, contributing to the building’s evolving community.
