A new Campus for Leeds City Centre

Leeds Trinity University's City Campus opened in Trevelyan Square October 2024. This exciting new development for the city hosts state of the art facilities and up to 1,000 students.

Lecture theatres, mock courtrooms, library spaces and external courtyards combined to create an exceptional destination for a University.

Built to enable business, reimagined to inspire students

The dated spaces of 1 Trevelyan Square were in desperate need of a new lease of life when we acquired the building. Not fit for purpose and lacking imagination for how these spaces can be used, our team worked brilliantly to reposition this empty building to become a building full of life and soul in Leeds.

Securing a legacy for future generations

Through our exit and handing the building over to Leeds Trinity University, we secured a future legacy of the building, saving this once empty building from the temptations of demolition, to instead reuse this iconic building, filling it with life and soul.
