Open spaces, minimalist design
The narrow columns of 1 Central Street allowed for large expansive open plan spaces which could be flexibly furnished for various different uses.
Heritage features could be found throughout the renovation including large statement wooden beams on the top floor.

1 Central Street was originally designed and built for industry. After our renovation, the building was beautifully repositioned as a new home for innovation in the heart of Manchester.
