Our Story
Reimagining Real Estate
Kinrise was started by co-founders Samuel Lawson Johnston and George Aberdeen in 2015.
Here in the UK, we have one of the largest and most varied collections of iconic architecture in the world. We started Kinrise with the belief that retrofitting iconic buildings creates the best workplace product for companies, people, cities and the planet.
We have a strong track record in acquiring and retrofitting iconic real estate to create mixed use commercial buildings across the UK. Our investments are focussed on delivering financial performance for our stakehodlers whilst creating environmental, human and social value.
Why the name Kinrise? In short it translates as community rising. Our vision is to play our part in the renewal of UK cities by creating spaces where companies and their people grow.
