Transforming four historic buildings into dynamic work hubs
In 2015 Kinrise acquired the site, and began work to restore these four iconic buildings with an emphasis both on design quality, flexible use of space and state of the art technology, with a goal of creating a beautiful environment and fun place to work for existing tenants, new businesses and the wider community.

Today, The Albert Estate is a vibrant community of businesses brought together by events and networking hosted by Kinrise.
