Silbury + East, a workspace oasis in Old Street. This building, acquired in 2021, was our first property in London. The building features two interconnected Victorian warehouses designed to showcase 34,198 sq ft of contemporary workspace, 200 meters away from London’s bustling ‘Silicon roundabout’.

We worked on the design, strategy and planning of this project to bring this building back to life, placing our attention on retaining it's open space and natural light. Our design stayed true to our design ethos of stripping back the modern decoration to reveal the original roots of the space. The building is now set to be upgraded into a Grade A office space full of character, occupying an enviable location in the heart of one of London’s most dynamic districts.
