Working in close partnership with Architecture 00, we look to restore the three historic buildings, joined together by a central atrium, back to their former glory, placing our attention, as always, on design quality, flexible use of space and state of the art technology. The building was purposed to welcome businesses of all sizes and stages with a layout serving those in need of a single desk or a full floor, all connected by a vast atrium hosting good coffee and a social space for cultural happenings.
In 2023, the building was taken over by Aston University who became the owner and occupier of this unique workplace in Birmingham city centre.
